The TAiARS blueprint empowers the Chief of Staff (CoS) with direct control over an agile hierarchy composed of Deputy Chiefs of Staff (dCoS), dedicated Advisors, and pinpoint Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Guiding Principle: Organizational intelligence shouldn't be leaked or siloed; it must be metered. Tasks are initiated with strict operational boundaries, passing only what is hyper-relevant to the execution layer.
1. Context Injection
When a task initializes, our workflow engine isolates and feeds the explicit, necessary context and underlying organizational intelligence directly to the assigned dynamic actors.
2. Just-In-Time ERS
Actors are granted exactly the Environmental Resource Suite (ERS) required for that distinct objective. No persistent data footprints, no over-privileged accesses.
